Pramod grew up in a small village with big dreams and limited resources. Over 4+ years in the technology industry, he has led product strategy, built cross-functional teams from scratch, and shipped products that actually reach the people who need them most. He started Arouza Techlabs with a simple belief — that talent has no pin code.

We build for the bold. Tech doesn't have to be boring — and it definitely doesn't have to come from a metro city to be world-class.

Pavan is the engineering mind behind Arouza's core platforms. With 4+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and applied AI, he has architected products that scale from a single village classroom to thousands of concurrent users. His rural upbringing taught him to do more with less — and that frugality shows in every system he designs.

Our architecture is built for scale, but our heart is in the details. Technology should serve people — not the other way around.
  • Designing low-cost, high-impact tech infrastructure for Bharat-scale problems.
  • Mentoring young engineers from tier-2 and tier-3 towns into world-class builders.

Abhinay brings the visual soul to Arouza. With 2+ years of experience in brand identity, motion design, and product design, he turns complex technology into stories people actually want to engage with. Coming from a rural background, he firmly believes design should speak every language — not just English and not just to the elite.

Design is the silent ambassador of your brand. If a farmer's daughter can't understand it, we haven't designed it well enough.
  • Creating inclusive, multilingual design systems for India's incredibly diverse users.
  • Using visual storytelling to bring rural success stories to the mainstream.
  • Supporting local artists and illustrators through Arouza's creative programs.
